The Travel Community Hub was established in 2020 when the travel industry entered a period of significant change. Richard Taylor began interviewing some of his industry contacts to discuss what was happening.

350 online events and 60,000 views later, they had become a source of knowledge, comfort and continued connection for a great many people.

The webinars morphed into Offloaded, an industry podcast. Richard invited the charismatic and respected Ann-Catherine Jones to become a co-host and bring her unique take as a luxury travel advisor. Launched in early 2023, by the end of Season Two the podcast had racked up more than 10,000 downloads.

In the spirit of the early webinars and the online ‘Travel Community Pub’ that Richard ran each and every Friday during the pandemic, Offloaded is a welcoming place for all across the Australian industry….whether new, old, something in between or indeed viewing from the outside looking in. Richard and AC interview an eclectic mix of the industry’s characters and leaders to discuss a fascinating and ever-changing industry.
